So super excited to see that our professional wedding photos are ready. Well, you already know that I'm just crazy about our photographers Erin & Louis Palos. They sent the most awesome package to our house the other day. When I opened it, I was soooo happy to find a DVD of all the photos they took at the wedding, as well as the most amazing canvas of us under the twinkle lights! Can't wait to hang it up. To see some of the pictures, have a look here at their blog where we are featured!

Hi Everyone :) I was sooo surprisesd when I opened my email this morning and found that our videographers have already finished our Highlight Video. I absolutely love it. Feels like we are movie stars or something. Our wedding was such a fun day, it was great to kind of "re-live" it and see all the awesome things that we missed on the actual day. Super huge big thanks to our AWESOME videographers John and Britney from NR3 Video Productions. They were so fun to work with. I really appreciate their talent and hard work that day.
Check out our Highlight Video Here. Hope you enjoy! Make sure to also check out their other fantastic videos too :)

Engagement Photos

First of all, I have to say how incredibly pleased we are with our photographers Erin & Louis Palos PALOSSTUDIO They have the greatest eye, and ability to capture awesome colors & textures. I did a lot of searching for just the "right" photographers, and their work exceeded my expectations.

Shannon and I met up with Erin & Louis down in San Juan Capistrano for our engagement photo session, and had a really fun time. I absolutely love how the entire area looks like a scene from a movie set. Every inch of that place is the perfect photo backdrop! Can't wait to go back.

Greet the Groomsmen..

The following men are Shannon's brothers in one way or the other. He loves each one of them dearly and is so thankful they are willing to support him on his wedding day.

Greet Gary - Best Man!
Shannon met Gary while dj'ing at The Rocks Club Riverside, over 10 years ago. They quickly became close friends, and now more like brothers. Throughout the years, Gary & Shannon have been there for one another to lend a hand, a shoulder, as well as love and support for one another. Gary and his beautiful wife Shannon were the ones who actually introduced Breanne & Shannon to one another. (confusing I know)
Gary works for his family construction business, enjoys dj'ing every chance he gets, and is a proud father to their adorable son Gavin.

Greet Rick!
Shannon met Rick back in 2001, when Shannon first began working in the audio/video business. Over a period of time, they realized how much they had in common.... electronics, old cars, 4x4's, & of course Beer! haha. Shannon's ringtone for Rick is "It's 5 o'clock somewhere".
Rick works as an engineer for Speakercraft. He always has the latest and most tricked out gadgets! Rick's lovely girlfriend Letty, and her daughter Victoria are the loves of his life.

Greet Jeremy!
Shannon and Jeremy also met at The Rocks Club Riverside about 10 years ago, and have remained close friends ever since.
Jeremy's interest in dj'ing quickly landed him on X103.9, and as a guitarist later went on to perform and tour with many well known bands. His numerous musical talents including, producing and remixing have resulted in his most recent creation Space Camp Stowaways.
When not on tour or in the studio, Jeremy works with Shannon as his right-hand man.

Greet Dustin!
Dustin is Shannon's youngest brother, they have 7 years between them. They both have a passion for dj'ing, and try to spend as much time together as possible.
Dustin now owns High End Events, a successful mobile dj business. He and his gorgeous wife Marina work together promoting wedding business, as she is also a fantastic makeup artist. Dustin and Marina are planning on expanding their family with children very soon.

Greet Donny!
Donny is only 13 months younger than Shannon. They also get together every chance they can.
Donny helps run the family landscaping business New Seed Landscape, and follows his passion for Christ as a guitarist, leading local worship. He and his beautiful wife Rebecca have been married over 10 years and have a sweet 2 year old son, Ethan.

Greet Ethan - Ringbearer!
Son of Donny and Rebecca, this handsome man just turned 2 in December. He is the smartest little boy I have ever met. With all the musical talent in the family, this guy is destined I'm sure. Watch out, he'll be breaking hearts soon!

We are homeowners!

The past couple of weeks have been quite busy. Shannon and I are now homeowners! I can hardly believe it.

Our new place has 3 bedrooms plus an office (formally 4 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, a huge front and back yard, and a swimming pool!

We moved into our new place & Shannon has been hard at work ever since. Right away he started cutting holes in walls and ceilings, running cables and wires thru the attic, and adding speakers & tv's everywhere. He is doing such a great job at making our house feel like a home.

Shannon's office was a bedroom at one time. Part of the wall has been removed and made into a walk-thru office that is connected to the front room. I have also taken blue tape and labeled each ceiling fan with a new destination. Awesome Shannon has offered to move them all for me.

The spacious kitchen came with white appliances. Shannon switched them out to our fancy new black ones, which I absolutely love. We are borrowing a lovely kitchen set and barstools from Shannon's parents.

I can remove that iPod from the kitchen counter, because we now have a new device that allows me to search my ipod & play anything I want throught the whole house speakers... yes, including my bathroom! Shannon's job amazes me.

Luckily, this house was ready to move in! Wood flooring, new carpet, new baseboards, new paint! The only thing that needed immediate attention was replacement of a few boards on the back fence.
I can't wait for Summer to hurry up and get here so we can all go swimming!

Looking forward to spending many years in this home, sharing lots of laughs, and filling it with the love of our family and friends. Can't wait to have you over. E-mail us if you need our updated address!

Harley & ME

Well, as if we didn't have enough going on in our lives, we decided to adopt a dog.
Shannon's brother Dustin & his wife Marina live on the street just behind us. The other day they noticed a black lab puppy (guessing around 3 months old) cruising around without an owner. So, after walking the doggie around the block and no one claiming her, they headed over to our place. My heart melted the minute I laid eyes on her.

Shannon and I were having thoughts about getting a second dog once we move, but didn't expect a puppy to just walk into our lives... especially now! Needless to say, we now have a sweet black puppy in our home that we call Harley.

Looks like she's smiling here

As Harley has entered our home, so much has changed already. Lots of supplies to buy, constant potty breaks, learning how to share toys, and the gosh-forsaken whining!!! The minute she enters her kennel, the whining begins. I think it is going to take some time, patience & earplugs to deal with this one.

I have never had to deal with a puppy before, since Ginger was already 1 when I got her. Dealing with a 10 year old and a 3 month old. Wish us luck. Reality check for sure!

and so Ginger doesn't feel left out, here she is :)

Meet the Maids

I'd like to introduce to you, my bridesmaids. These following women have made such an impact in my life, and I am so honored that they are standing by my side in support on such an important day.

Meet Jennie! ~ Matron of Honor
Where do I start? Jennie and I have been friends since 7th grade. We met while we were both in the Jr High band, and soon after became inseparable. Literally, we were attached at the hip. Going everywhere and doing everything together, Jennie became like a sister to me.

Jennie works in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as a Health Unit Coordinator.  She is married to a wonderful man named Nick. They have 2 adorable boys, Ethan (4) & Samuel (1). Jennie and Nick recently found out that they are expecting a new addition to their family. Their little one will arrive in September! I can't wait!

My best friend now lives in South Dakota and I miss her dearly. I am so thankful that she and her family are willing to travel half way across the country,  especially when she will be 7 months prego!

Meet Shannon!
I'll start off by telling you I usually refer to her as, "Girl Shannon". Otherwise, our friends and family can get a little confused which Shannon I'm talking about.
She is the reason that I am getting married. Let me rephrase that... She and her husband are the two that introduced Shannon & I to one another. Check out the blog entry How we met... to see the story.

Shannon (Girl Shannon) and I met about 4 or so years ago thru her sister-in-law Nicky. She works with her family construction business, and when she clocks out each day, she resumes her busy schedule as a full-time wife and mother. Shannon and her husband Gary have a 5 year old son, Gavin, who is a total red-headed fire cracker!

Meet Shavawn!
Shavawn and I met about 6 years ago while working together as EMT's in Orange County. Can you imagine us coming to help you in an emergency?!?! I followed her lead in advancing and going to Paramedic school. We have been there to help and support one another thru some difficult times in each of our lives, which has truely bonded our friendship.

Shavawn is now a Firefighter Paramedic in San Diego county, and recently became engaged to her man of 2 years, Chris. They are set to be married in the Summer of 2011!

Meet Chrissy!
This girl rocks! She will tell you straight up how it is!
Chrissy and I met while I was in Paramedic school, and she was going thru the EMT program. We quickly became friends, as we were 2 of the few women in the school building.

Chrissy keeps super busy by working the graveyard shift as an EMT in Riverside county, and continues to go to school during the day for nursing.

Meet Erin!

My little sister, who isn't so little anymore. Erin was born when I was 7 years old. I remember holding her for the very first time in the hospital. I was so excited to be her Big Sister, and still am!

Erin has a beautiful daughter named Rileigh Maye Touche (3), who is just the sweetest thing ever. Her red hair is to die for!!!

I remember being a young girl, imagining myself grown up. But what stood out more to me, was the fact that my sister Erin would be grown up too. I couldn't wait to know my sister as an adult. I would think of the future and invision us being more than just two sisters who got on one another's nerve, but becoming two friends who confided in eachother. I am still so amazed that little baby I held in the hospital, will be at my side as I get married.
I love you sis!

Meet Rileigh! ~ Flower Girl
Words can not describe how precious this young lady is!
My niece, Rileigh Maye is 3 years old, and shares the same middle name with my late grandmother. A beautiful way to carry on her love.
Rileigh is sweet innocence. She is the most shy girl ever, but once she warms up ... her love just shines.

Save the Date 07.11.2010

So, Breanne & Shannon (Breannon) have decided to get married Sunday,  July 11, 2010 at the Padua Hills Theatre in Claremont, Ca. Click Here for a peek! Our ceremony will be held at the gazebo, then moved inside to the theatre for the dinner reception.
This place is just beautiful! From the 1920's -1970's, dinners and plays were held here, then sold to the city of Claremont as a historic site. For the past 20 years it has been operated by Chantrelles Catering, where they host parties, events & weddings.
I remember my grandmother taking me up here when I was a young girl, to walk around and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It has great sentimental value to me, as she is no longer here.
We are so excited to have you come and share this special day with us. July will be here before we know it!

How we met...

It was New Year's Eve, entering 2008. My great friends Gary & Shannon Wiegert had invited me to party where everyone was to wear all white. The plan was to met up at their friend, Shannon Garrett's house, then make our way over to the club where he and his brother were dj'ing. When we arrived at Shannon's place, I thought I was in the coolest home ever! An old firestation!!! As I walked in, I immediately recognized him from other gatherings. I went over to introduced myself, and was pleasantly surprised when he remembered me. I was already having butterflies!
Our whole group went out and celebrated. I even invited a date along, who was more like a wallflower. Shannon paid more attention to me than my date did! That night I also had my first mini-lesson in dj'ing. Ya right, but it did make for a good picture. I just love his smile.
As the night went on, Shannon  had the guts to ask me, "Are you with him, or are you with me?", referring to my bump-on-a-log date. I looked at Shannon and said, "I'm with him!". Oh goodness!
As the night grew to a close at the club, the party was to continue over at the Shannon's house. Everyone was invited. My date decided not to join... and Shannon &  I have been together ever since. I guess his confident attitude and the ability to make me laugh had me hooked.
Now, I live in the awesome firestation, that funny man with the sweet smile is my future husband, and we are planning the rest of our lives together. Simply amazing :)

Will you...

12.05.09
Today was going to be the day I had always dreamed about,
and I didn't even know it.
Shannon was about to propose to me, just before his big 40....

We had a big party planned for his 40th birthday celebration that night. All day Shannon had been complaining of "not feeling well". He told me he didn't know if he was becoming sick, or just nervous about seeing alot of his long lost friends from back in the day.

As we were getting ready for the evening's event (bday party), Shannon called for me to come and "help him". I finished brusing my teeth, and as I came into the living room... there he was on one knee with tears running down his cheeks, and a ring box in his hand. I ran over to him & fell to my knees as we hugged eachother, cried and laughed. When the words "Will You Marry Me" came from his mouth, I never knew I could feel so happy and loved. I seriously jumped up and down around the house for an hour, screaming and laughing the whole time.

Immediately Shannon's ill feeling went away. He realized it was just nerves driving him wild. haha :) We ended up not only celebrating his birthday that night, but we also had ourselves a mini-engagement party! I used the same line all night: "Hey, guess what I have.... A FIANCE!"
